Hiring for Insulation/Gutter company with over 30 years operating in Baker City. What we are looking: Ability to work hard for 8 to 12 hours at a time. Work includes, bending, lifting, stretching, entering crawl spaces and being comfortable with heights. Happy to train anyone willing to work, drug free work place, zero tolerance for illicit substances. Pay starts at $15.00 an hour with no experience, room for advancement, the right person could advance almost at their own pace if they put the work in. Trying to put together a crew of 4 or 5 people who are invested in working hard and have pride in their work ethic and results. This is a very physical, quick paced, dirty job. If you don't like to work hard, long days without a lot of breaks this isn't for you. If you are willing to put in the hours, learn the trade and are looking for long term employment, this can be an awesome opportunity! I need to replace some guys who are not pulling their weight, and train someone as my number 2, directly under me and I am directly below the owner himself. I usually work 180-190 hours a month, with some opportunity for quick advancement this is an opportunity to make good money that doesn't come along very often.
