I am a Tarot reader, looking to find other local readers/ spiritual healers to work with to establish a brick and mortar location. Looking to share rent and advertisement costs/staffing hours to make growing a small business a bit more affordable and successful. I have two retail locations available, 1 in Lansing Mall and 1 in downtown Grand Ledge. I have an advertisement campgain arranged with local radio stations, that includes weekly spots and support to rank our business in Google searches, newspapers for a Grand Opening and I include Facebook advertising as well, and networking with other readers/store owners statewide. Reader/Vendor Agreements rates include rental/advertisement fees and agreeing to staff the store for a set amount of hours. Vending agreements are for a 10x10 space in the store to sell your goods and someone must be present to run your table. Weekly fees are $125, Monthly are $400. Payments accepted through Venmo and Square. Fees will be reduced by 10 percent if you advertise your time at the store on your various medias. Reader fees will be standardized to minimize price competitions. They will be set at $25 for a 15 minute reading, $40 for a 30 minute reading.
