We al, know our government never solves ANY issue effectively. Abortion is a societal issue. Society must react.
Rewrite and reform adoption laws and policies. Make it cheap (free) and more simple for folks to get approved to adopt babies.
Offer free birth control to all. Offering birth control to all is far cheaper than dealing with unwanted pregnancies. Churches should be offing these programs. They have a vested interest.
Education. More education on the matter is always good.
Free vascectomies and tubal ligations to people who either do not want kids or are done having kids.
These are just a few simple ideas. I am sure there are more. We do not want our Supreme Court ruling on these matters. an ounce of prevention is worth 18 years of cure. Quit expecting our govcrnbent to "save us". Society needs to step up and solve these issues.
