Each class will start with a warm up exercise and then we'll go through 2 Positive Discipline activities (used world wide!) and then we will end with "Parents Helping Parents". If you're ready to break the cycle of yelling, shaming, blaming, power struggles and other frustrating behaviors... Then this is for you!
