The Xenia High School Choral Department is pleased to announce the return of the Choral Supporters for the 2021/2022 school year! Our goal is to fundraise for the XHS Choral program in an effort to provide the students at Xenia High School with the best possible educational experience. Funds raised through this auction and the raffle event held on December 17th (Holiday Concert Night) will support the program in the purchasing of sheet music, music literacy resources, robe upkeep and replacement, and travel & registration expenses related to OMEA performances. Please read the auction items' descriptions carefully to understand bidding and payment instructions. You must be present at the event to be considered the final winner of auction and raffled items. The Xenia High School Choral Department is pleased to have the support of parents, family, friends, and businesses within the community who have donated items to help raise money. This is our second year doing a silent auction. This year we will be doing the auction online and we will also be raffling off items at our holiday concert on December 17th at 7pm. We hope this event will provide an opportunity to help the students at XHS raise money while allowing the community a chance to show their support and be a part of it all. This is our first time doing the silent auction online so please be patient with us. We also welcome your feedback to help ensure we consider all options next year for this event.
