Looking for an experienced maintenance person to live on site and work part time for a 50 unit Apartment complex. We offer a free Studio with all bills paid including cable Wifi, and free quest laundry. This is a no pet and no smoking property. You must have skills in all areas of apartment maintenance including but not limited to make readies, light plumbing, carpentry, paint and drywall and willing to handle calls and emergencies. Must have ability to install Kitchenettes when required. Required hours to work will depend on your experience. We are offering no pay only the free apartment and you would be an Independent Contractor. Please include all of your experience when you respond. Available immediately.
