Hi All! Hope this isn’t too obtrusive in the community forum. I am new to the area and looking for a small(ish) 800(?) sq ft spot to use as a studio and “retail” spot. A small “commercial” garage would work. I’ve looked into a shared art space here but it wasn’t quite right for my needs. Any suggestions, even for commercial area neighborhoods would be amazing! Thank you!
