Just an FYI don't rent to these people. There names are Edrick Anthony Pattersons and Awilda Santiago. They have a long history of evictions for non payment of rent. Edrick evictions are mostly in Chicago. Awilda's are in MA. Edrick goes by Anthony or Tony. Pictures enclosed.
