2 black and white mini Siamese mix

I have 2 sisters that are mixed Siamese they are the minis. They are small, cute, mainly black with some white markings. My kids are not responsible enough in making sure they feed and water them daily. They need a good home. They need a visit to the vet and I don't have the money to take them. There is not a rehoming fee for either due to needing to go to vet. They are super sweet and need someone who pays attention to them.
