Friendly Stray Cat Needs Home

She's a stray came around my home and neighbor's home about a month ago. Neighbor put flea collar on her but she seems to be clean of fleas and ticks. She usually will stay on my porch when it's warm, or across the street in a neighbor's large carport. I've been feeding her outside, letting her put on some weight. She started coming inside my home as soon as I'd open my door. I've been keeping her in my basement overnight and when it's too cold outside during the day. My vet has no openings to see her until Dec 30th. She's extremely loving and friendly to people. I don't know her age or if she's been spayed. She looks to be young. She's okay with my dogs. She's afraid of my cats, but not aggressive with them. She gets chased out of the neighborhood area sometimes by outdoor cats, including one of my own indoor/outdoor cats. She definitely will make a very loving pet, but probably would be best off with a cat-friendly dog but not around too many other cats. Location - Cumberland Text or email relay is best for starting communications. I don't answer calls often when I don't recognize the number.
