Assata STEAM Academy; we are a new facility open in the west Philadelphia area. Now open and enrolling new students from 3 months to 12 years old. There is no application fee. We offer free pampers and wipes to all our families. We offer free meals, breakfast, lunch, and snack. I am now accepting children of all ages. The preschool children are taught using an educational curriculum, with arts and crafts, math, reading and science exploration. Your child will learn how to use the computer with educational age appropriate programs. I participate in the Keystone Stars as a new facility I have a Star 1 rating. The infants in our care are nurtured and are taught through an educational curriculum that is age appropriate for them. I am also accepting virtual students and before and afterschool students. We are conveniently located in a safe secure building at 5400 Chestnut Street. I have an open house for tours of the facility every Saturday from 11am to 1pm. Please call for information . Because of COVID-19 we take virtual educational trips and play educational games to have fun while learning thru play. Every Wednesday we do kids yoga. I accept CCIS, TANF and private pay clients. New this fall I am offering homeschooling to your child through any of the cyber charter schools.
