Need Tech Savvy Handyman to Perform Surveys & Repairs

I work with a national retail chain and need a tech savvy handyman to complete two surveys (Altamonte Springs & Brandon) and perform minor repairs at a mall store at these locations. This will entail meeting with the manager and review any damage and complete a detailed survey with photos to deliver to the corporate office. Once assessed need someone to do repairs needed on the display cases (lights, drawers, locks, scratches, glass, etc). Some basic woodworking and light electrical skills (changing fixtures) are required. Must have a laptop and be good with computers as this will entail taking photos of everything, noting them on a floor plan and a report form, and then uploading everything to Google Drive for our corporate office to review. Must have a good appearance and presentable for a retail shop in a mall. Surveys pay $100-150 each depending on driving time and take about 3 hours to complete. Repairs is typically 1-5 days of work and normally pays $30 per hour. Need to someone who can start IMMEDIATELY.
