Yoga and discussion for black identified people. Black instructors, Black centered discussions, and Black community. Come revitalize your mind, body, and spirit with us every Saturday. There is a 25 person limit in the space, so please reserve your spot and cancel your ticket if you can no longer make it. Yoga mats, towels, and showers provided. No experience required. Masks required in building and optional at your yoga mat.
