Looking to trade Indian ring neck for another bird

Have green male ring neck. Is not tame, would make good breeder. When I bought him I was told he was hand fed baby, he clearly is not. And is older than I was told. I have had him almost a year but he already had black ring so my guess is he’s around 2 years old. Could be tamed I suppose by someone knowledgeable and patient of ring neck’s. I have been trying to work with him I can now put my hand in cage to feed him but will not let me touch him yet. I hate to rehome him as stubborn as he is I am attached and worry about him going to just any home. But I’m considering rehoming him for trade for another bird of equal value to someone who must have bird experience and will love him as I do, despite his temperament and could work with him and give him the patience he deserves. But he is bright beautiful green with solid black ring around his neck.
