1st course Cocktail- Rocky Mountain Man -Orange Twist and Cafe Miel Bourbon
1st Course- Bruschetta Board
Main Course Cocktail-Morrison Fire Water-Habanero infused Bourbon and fresh Lime
Main Course-Apple stuffed Bone in Pork Loin paired with rice pilaf
Desert Cocktail-The Nightcap-Vanilla Maple and honey infused Bourbon delight
Dessert-Cinnaknots with a mixed berry compote
Tap on the Rocks along with Branch and Barrel Distillery have paired great food with even better Colorado Distillled aged and bottled Whiskey and Bourbon on the evening of December 16th 2021. The event starts at 6 pm when we will be hosting a Five cocktail 4 course whiskey paired dinner. Cocktail specials will also be available during this event.
