Join us in making 2 kinds of tamales from scratch! We'll start with sweet potato and black bean filled savory tamales and finish with sweet dessert ones. While the pace of this class is perfect for beginners, this vegan twist will inspire seasoned tamale-makers. We’ll take you through each step so you end this class with confidence, a winning masa recipe (based on an old family one), and most importantly, a batch of delicious vegan and gluten free tamales!
This is an in-person hands-on class.
