House manager needed to ensure that a large upper east side house operates smoothly. Duties include arranging external household services/vendors for repairs and maintenance, managing household staff, managing house systems, basic furniture assembly and care, and is available to assist in off-hours with emergency situations related to mechanical malfunctions. Ideal candidate is resourceful, discreet, detail oriented and looking for a long-term position. All applicants must have previous, verifiable house manager experience.
