Learn about plants through movement, stories, and all five senses!
Join nature educators at the Garfield Park Conservatory for this early morning program before we open our doors to the public at 10am. See the annual Winter Flower Show and learn more about the plants we love to enjoy this time of year. This play-based program, best for children ages 2-6, will teach children about plants through stories and will get their whole bodies moving. We will end with a sit down, socially distanced story time on the Fern Room steps.
Families will get to stay in their individual groups during the program to encourage social distancing. Masks are required for visitors ages 2 and up. Please call Lydia Van Slyke, 773-638-1766 x32, if you have any questions before registering.
