We are an awesome, caring family, living in a Oyster Bay Cove, on the North Shore of Long Island, looking for a hard working live out housekeeper. We need someone to work 3 days a week, preferably Mondays and Wednesdays and Saturdays. We are looking to fill this live out position ASAP. We are big, happy blended family with 4 grown children. The job is a full charge job of the house, no childcare. Your responsibilities will include but not be limited to very good house cleaning and dusting, laundry, ironing and organizing. Ever since our children have been young, we have had several housekeepers who have stayed with us for many years with whom we continue to keep in touch. We care greatly about the person we choose, and we hope you will care greatly about us too. We expect you to be responsible, on time, like what you do, and care about your work. We don’t “chase after you” or “watch everything you do” but we do explain the job, our expectations, your responsibilities, and we leave you alone to do it. We are hoping to find someone who is looking for a long-term position, not for 6 months or a year. All we ask is that you be reliable, show up every day on time & work an 8 hour day, (8-4 or 9-5 your choice) Please be prepared to provide references, and have proof of vaccination. Our family is completely vaccinated. We have a small and very friendly dog. Salary will be discussed when we meet. You will need to provide your own transportation to come and go, as my wife and I both work, and can not pick you up, nor do we pay for transportation.
