Description
Recognize the signposts to the answers you already hold within you. Have you ever felt lost or unsure of your life purpose? Do you struggle to find meaning in your everyday living? In this six-week workshop, we will explore these questions and realize the answers through greater self-awareness. We will begin with identifying our individual strengths and reconnecting to what we love, to exploring what limits we may have imposed on ourselves, to taking a direct look at existential angst and finally, learning how to become more intuitive. Through a variety of immersive exercises and group discussions, we will become more aware of our own selves while feeling more connected to one another. Ultimately, the workshop will provide signposts to all the answers you already hold within you. Join us starting October 30, 2021 for a series of six sessions, Saturdays from 12-1:30pm, Earl Hall (one or more sessions may be remote or scheduled for a different day TBD). For more information, please contact Joe Milowic ([email protected]) and Karalee Kothe ([email protected]) ***PLEASE NOTE: Workshops are open to Teachers College, Columbia University, and Barnard College students, alumni, faculty and staff ONLY. You must have a valid university ID to enter.*** (You only need to register for the first day to be registered for the series.)
