Join Cynthia Bernard, founder of ATX Yoga Girl in the Q Hut at The Carpenter Hotel for a slow flow evening yoga class. This is open to all levels with a focus on breath, ease, and grounding our energy.

Cynthia is a yoga, meditation, & mindfulness teacher within the Austin community. She also incorporates sound healing as an additional modality in which she has had profound experiences with herself. She is passionate for offering an accessible practice to ALL (ages, mobilities, beliefs.) Cynthia believes yoga is an extension of life and quickly adapted this after realizing how it helped her anxiety as an adult when she was dealing with trauma.
She completed her 200 YTT through Multi-Style Yoga International in Costa Rica, is a Child & Family Yoga Teacher, a Mindfulness Facilitator and recently completed the Eckhart Tolle School of Awakening.
She is the founder of ATX YOGA GIRL, whose mobile yoga studio brings community together to share wellness in amazing Austin spaces.
