Join Precision Camera and Sony for an exclusive Model Access event at the Austin FC Stadium! This is your opportunity to bring your own gear and light it the way you want. This is not an instructional seminar, instead we will be allowing you the entire time to shoot and add great images to your portfolio. We will however, have PCV salesman Robert Backman and Sony Reps Josh Needham and Chris Margaitis available to help you with your camera and settings. Models will be on-hand and students will take the lead to direct their own mini-sessions. You are free to roam the stadium and get creative! Audience This workshop is targeted for all levels of photographers looking to improve or add images to their portfolio. Shoot and Venue Details We will meet on location at the Austin FC Stadium, 10414 McKalla Pl, Austin, TX 78758 All photos must be approved by Austin FC before they are posted. Participants must sign a wavier agreeing to these terms. Students are not allowed on the field. What to Bring Camera Lenses Fully charged battery Memory Cards Any gear you want to bring Sony will have loaner gear available to attendees. Please review our class cancellation policy below. Class & Event Cancellations Tier 2: Special Events and One-Time Classes You have up until seven days before a scheduled Mock Wedding, Flash Fest, Portraits in Depth Series, Photo Campouts (including Spring and Fall Photo Camping Extravaganza), special events and one-time classes to cancel and receive a full refund or to reschedule. If you do not show up for a tier 2 class your registration will be forfeited and you will not be permitted a refund or to reschedule. Cancellations made within 7 days of the class will receive a 50% refund. Minimum Enrollment Each class needs a minimum number of students to enroll before the class can “make.” If the minimum enrollment has not been met two business days before the class begins, the class will be cancelled. All students who enrolled in the class will be notified by telephone or email, and may transfer to a different class or be issued a refund (see refund procedure). We encourage all students to enroll as soon as registration begins. Please check your phone and email messages, including your SPAM. How to Reschedule or Cancel a Class Please contact the store at 512-467-7676 or email [email protected] to cancel a class. Class cancellations or requests to be rescheduled that are sent through other channels, such as Facebook or Meetup.com messages, will not be honored.
