Get ready to roll up your sleeves and join the ASCE Austin Branch for an outdoor hands on community service event with Mobile Loaves and Fishes! This event will consist primarily of light landscaping and gardening for the Community First! Village, helping to provide affordable housing for men and women coming out of chronic homelessness in the Austin area.
This is a pre-registration for our volunteer event. In the beginning of January, we will send you a sign-up link with waiver/release forms.
Please arrive by 8:45am so there's plenty of time to get everyone checked in, oriented, and into the right spot by 9am. Recommended attire is close-toed shoes and long pants or socks. Additionally, you will all need to bring a water bottle and a pair of gardening gloves. Everyone can park in the parking lot on Phase II of Community First! Village.
