PLEASE! HELP ME FIND MY FRIEND!! Turbo is his name and he is a black and white smooth piebald mini-dachsund. He is my emotional support companion and best friend. He was last scene inside my tent and someone either stolen him or he got out somehow. My tent was located in Marquam Nature Park and he went missing on July 12, 2021. I have a strong feeling that the person who has Turbo has scene my flyers and online missing pet ads and is choosing to play "child custody" with him since I am homeless. If anyone has any information please notify me and the police. I wouldn't even mind if someone grabbed him from the person and handed him over to me. There is a reward for the successful reunion.
