This workshop is going to help women rediscover who they are through painting, singing, movements, meditation, networking & music therapy This workshop is going to help women rediscover who they are through painting, singing, movements, meditation, networking and music therapy. This is not your ordinary paint class or even a class at all. Sisters like you will come together to create a sacred space, where we can network and share our gifts with another sister. We'll paint the chakra (s) that need more attention and write some affirmations next to them whist listening to soothing music. I'll guide my sisters on an inner self meditation to shift there awareness on who they truly are. And that's just to name a few. Please be mindful of timing as I will accumulate deep awakening in a nice chunk of 2 hours. Please bring: Comfy clothes Electrolyte Water or Water Yoga mats are provided You are welcome to bring your mats Or pillows We'll utilize the floor space to paint The Spiritual Alliance is a conscious networking event that unites 1,000s of humans all around the Earth. The event features group discussions, guest speakers, workshops, live music, live art, music, poetry, open mic, live performances, delicious vegan food, vendors. Some of the workshops held throughout the event are rieki, sound therapy, & yoga and much more! Towards the end of the event we play music giving people the opportunity to socialize and network with today’s greatest revolutionary minds. The organization’s primary goal is to create conscious discussions within communities and build relationships to effectively organize and successfully implement positive change & healing in the world. Our organization is sustainable, plant-based, and community driven. We believe that through the power of love anything is possible.
