ARF Puppy Social Join the skilled trainers at Tony La Russa's Animal Rescue Foundation for a puppy social! Your puppy will get 45 minutes of supervised fun with other puppies 10-20 weeks old in a clean environment. Puppy socials teach impressionable, young pups valuable play skills and bite inhibition — plus, they couldn't be cuter to watch! Join ARF's skilled instructors for a puppy social. Your puppy will get 45 minutes of supervised fun with other puppies 10-20 weeks old in a clean environment. Socializing your puppy means teaching them to be well-behaved around other animals and humans. Socialization helps your puppy be comfortable in new environments and keeps them confident in new situations. Play time with other puppies also help them learn play skills; builds a puppy's coordination, balance, and self-awareness; teaches them dog-dog communication; impulse control; and bite inhibition (learning how to be gentle and communicate play behaviors with other dogs) – plus, they couldn't be cuter to watch! Please bring proof of two DHPP vaccinations – the second shot must be given at least seven days before you attend.
