I have a large male sulcata approximately 7 years old, 17.5 inches long. He loves being outside so you must have a large outside area for him to roam and eat lots of grass. I feed him mazuri tortoise feed once every other day and he eats lots of dark leafing greens and lots of romaine lettuce. When it's is cold I would suggest either making a indoor area with a heat lamp or heating pad in the garage. He is super friendly and is good around other pets. feel free to message me in regard to regard to rehoming fee. Ps there is a scammer going around with pictures of my tortoise asking for a deposit scamming people. They are also posting it for $100. That is a lie and a scam. You can not get a sulcata of this age and size for that low of a price. Don't trust that post.
