The Rincon Sneak Tour takes visitors through some of the hidden places of the neighborhood! After years of improvements, The East Cut is now brimming with businesses, greenery, art, public spaces, and more! Throughout the tour, visitors will explore the past, present, and future of the neighborhood. We guarantee you will never look at the neighborhood the same way! There is no charge for this program, but in order to show your support, you may make a voluntary contribution of $5, $10, or more to our Neighborhood Parks & Greenspace fund! Here are the planned tour dates for the rest of 2021: November 6November 13December 4December 11FAQ: How long is the walk and how long does the tour take?The distance covered is approximately 0.75 miles (with some stairs and elevation) and the tour lasts about 1 hour and 15 minutes. Who is leading the tour?Tours are led by volunteer docents who live in the neighborhood and we cannot thank them enough for participating in this program! Can I donate and what are donations used for?This tour is offered for free thanks to the partnership of neighborhood volunteers. Volunteer docents agreed to let The East Cut CBD accept donations to be used for park and open space projects (placemaking; beautification; improvements). Please feel free to make a donation when registering for a tour date. Are children welcome?Children of all ages are welcome but please note that the contents may not be the most engaging for a younger audience. Is this tour ADA compliant?In its standard version, this tour is not ADA compliant but please let us know upon registration if you have limited mobility and we shall offer an alternative route.
