When you post an ad, put in the title what you're looking for like: Drummer wanted for ROCK band 70s-90s or Starting a Temptations tribute band. Need keys. Another thing is asking for samples of somebody's playing and you'll send some of yours. Just put some of your stuff out there. You're being auditioned as well as the looker. What's the worst that can happen? You get a few hits on your Youtube? If you're looking for an age range...put it in the opening line. I hate going through an ad to find that you're twenty. This is Craigslist and if you want high caliber, full time talent who's willing to practice 3 times a week and travel cross country I suggest you find a different listing source.
