Hi i am looking for rental for me and My 6 year old daughter. I'm very low-key. When im not working and my daughter isn't at her father's 50% of the time I typically stay with relatives or movie nigh. Basically I'm the prefect tenant and can supply references, pay rent on time and be respectful. Unfortunately it seems long Island has become very pricey and competitive as so many people are looking to rent.
