Black dog showed up on my road, safe in the yard, but I can't keep due to my own dogs. This area is ripped with dumped dogs. If this was your dog and you dumped the dog, shame on you. Almost flat out refusal to get in the car, took to the vet and no chip. If this is your fur-baby please text or call
