Lost Cat Returns Home after 4 years

Hi we just moved back to Sunnyvale a year ago and just found out our cat who went missing 4 years ago in Oregon where we use to live showed up at our house. We are flying to Oregon to pick him up on the 17th while we are beyond happy this is a huge cost that I wasn’t prepared for as a single mom with Christmas around the corner. The airfare plus cat coming back with us is $600 and he is going to need medical care for worms and check up when we return. Plus I don’t have anything for him we never got another cat after we lost him and donated everything when we left Oregon. I could use carrier that is airline approved, litter box, litter, collar, food, food and water bowl, flea medicine, cat tower or bed, cat scratcher, toys etc.. if anyone was planning on donating please think of me and I would be happy to pick up. Beyond grateful for anything you can help with and if you are able to help with a gift card for a local vet to get worm medicine that would be greatly appreciated as well. Thank you
