Lead Singer Needed: We are seeking a male and/or female singer (both would be ideal) to sing dance-able music ranging from the 70’s to present day. Genres such as: Top 40, New Wave, Classic Rock, Funk/Soul, Country, etc. (it all depends on what our new singer(s) are capable of singing). Final setlists to be determined by input from all members. We presently have in place the following musicians: Drummer Bass player / keyboards / backups Lead Guitar Rhythm Guitar / backups We have a PA system and a nice set of stage lighting, and practice in a nice setting near Waukesha West High School. We are experienced musicians with years of experience, so this is not intended to be a basement band…intent is to be playing out again within 3-6 months….playing out about 2x per month. Here are just some examples of artists we would like to cover (depending on what the singer voice range ends up being): (Note: you don’t have to be able to cover all these….these are just examples to choose from…): Male artists: Journey, INXS, Duran Duran, The Romantics, Queen, The Black Crowes, Ed Sheeran, Nitty Gritty Dirt Band, Loverboy, The B52’s, Michael Jackson, Golden Earring, Toby Keith, Rick James, The Commodores, KC and the Sunshine Band, Tim McGraw, Dierks Bentley, etc. etc. etc. Female artists: Joan Jett, The Bangles, Pink, Janet Jackson, Lady Gaga, Donna Summer, Pat Benatar, Shania Twain, Thompson Twins, Gretchen Wilson, Faith Hill, Carrie Underwood, Miranda Lambert, Blondie, etc. etc. etc, If interested, please respond thanks hope to hear from you
