SAN RAFAEL, CA — San Rafael drivers may need to plan an alternate route over the next 9 days — the Northbound US 101 exit at Central San Rafael will be closed during evening hours from Saturday, Dec. 4 to Sunday, Dec. 12. The closure is due to "the completion of the ongoing replacement project," San Rafael Police said, and hours will vary each day.
