Anyone have fenced acred property I could use to run my dog?

I have a large breed dog (~100 pounds) I would like to give some room for her to run. She's not spayed, so dog parks aren't really a good option. Plus, I would just like to work with her without distractions from other dogs. Would be willing to pay around $20 to use for an hour or so. -Would need to be fenced in with no other dogs. (sight hound) -Within 30min of Monroe, WA. Any questions, please let me know.
