Press release from Kendall County Sheriff's Office: 12/03/2021 5:00 AM 12/2/21 2021-3413, No Valid Driver's License: On 12/02/2021 at 12:41 p.m., sheriff's deputies conducted a traffic stop in the area of Circle Drive West and Boulder Hill Pass in Oswego Township.  The driver of the vehicle, Saul Muro Jr., a 26-year-old male from the 0-99 block of Scarsdale Road, Montgomery was found to be driving without a valid driver's license.  Muro, Jr. was cited and released on his own recognizance. 2021-3413, No Valid Driver's License: 2021-3418, Crash with Injuries: On 12/02/2021 at 6:42 p.m., sheriff's deputies responded to a report of a traffic crash with injuries on Ridge Road south of Walker Road in Na-Au-Say Township.  Dylan R. Thacker, a 22-year-old male from 0-99 block of N. Park St. in Wilmington, was northbound on Ridge Rd. when he collided with a southbound vehicle operated by a female juvenile subject.  The female juvenile and her passenger were transported to Rush Copley Hospital in Aurora with non-life threatening injuries.  Thacker was transported to St. Joseph Hospital in Joliet with non-life threatening injuries. 2021-3419, Speeding 35+: On 12/02/2021 at 9:04 p.m., sheriff's deputies conducted a traffic stop on a vehicle in the area of Ridge Rd. and US Route 52 in Seward Township for speeding 95 mph in a 55 mph zone.  The driver of the vehicle, a male juvenile from Plainfield, was cited for speeding 35 or more mph over the limit and released on a recognizance bond. 2021-3420, DUI: On 12/02/2021 at 6:42 p.m., sheriff's deputies responded to a report of a traffic crash with injuries on Ridge Road south of Walker Road in Na-Au-Say Township (2021-3418).  Dylan R. Thacker, a 22-year-old male from 0-99 block of N. Park St. in Wilmington, was found to be under the influence of alcohol.  Thacker was cited for DUI alcohol and released on a recognizance bond. The Sheriff's Office would like to remind the public that all persons are presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
