I have an all black norwegian elkhound dog who needs a new home. He is scared when first meeting people but is the biggest sweetheart after he's around you for the day. He has some behavior issues due to being abused from old past owners. I thought I could give him what he needs but after almost a year I've come to realize he needs more love, more space to run around outside, and more care than I can provide. He is already neutered, has all shots and there are no health issues that I know of, just a few behavior ones. I'm really looking for someone who can give him the patience and love he needs.
