Press release from the Guilford County Government: 12/03/2021 Beginning Saturday, December 4, StarMed will offer COVID-19 vaccinations at the Four Seasons Town Centre (2015 Four Seasons Blvd, Greensboro, NC 27407). Vaccinations will be administered on Level 2 of the old Dillard's store. Click here for a map of the Four Seasons Mall. Appointments will be available 7 days a week on the following schedule: Mondays – Saturdays, 11 AM -7 PM Sundays, 12 – 6 PM First dose, second dose, booster dose, and 5-11-year-old COVID-19 vaccination appointments are available at this location. StarMed drive-thru COVID-19 testing will also be available at the Four Seasons Mall (Old Outback Restaurant parking lot) on the same schedule as outlined above.
