Press release from the City of Huntsville: December 3, 2021 The Huntsville Police Department (HPD) has charged 39-year-old Daniel Wayne Morgan with robbery following an incident at 9:30 a.m. on Wednesday, December 1, at 700 Airport Road. Morgan was located at a residence in Hartselle by HPD Violent Crimes Investigators and the FBI North Alabama Violent Crime Task Force. The Hartselle Police Department, Morgan County Sheriff's Office and the Madison County Sheriff's Office assisted in the arrest and helped execute a search warrant at the residence. He was booked in the Madison County Jail Friday evening with a ​$30,000 bond. The investigation continues and no further information can be released at this time.
