Growing Real Estate Company handling 130+ rental units looking to add new capacity for residential repairs and rental turnovers. We're looking for an experienced person for residential property work that typically drive with tools for small repairs (light duty plumbing, electrical, hvac maint etc.), and capable of doing paint/floors on unit move-outs. It's perfectly fine if the person already has a 9-5, or running their own business, we're looking for competency and quality for the scope of work. Compensation will match or exceed the market relative to the scope of work For now we're seeing this as about 2 work days on average a week; option to apply for or full time openings. Favorable investment opportunities are available in properties for long term staff. Trade or MHIC licensing and insurance is a plus. Project management interest also a plus for long term career development. This is a very successful business looking for additional help on the way toward becoming an institutional real estate investment firm.
