White Rat Terrier neutered male with black spots, looks like a Jack Russel lost. 2nd St and Mtn View, major cross streets are Central/Hatcher, phoenix, AZ. Dog was being looked after, escaped. Please contact if found. He is missed and is needed back to his owner.
