Roof work: Hanging lights, blow off leaves, etc

I have a small to do list of easy work to be done around our roof: -Hang a line of lights along the bottom edge of our roof (we already have lights and they already have clips on them). -Hang a large wreath on the roof peak of house -Blow off a 20x20 part of the roof that has pine straw on it -Put back a gutter grate cover (just a little plastic cover that came off..we think it just snaps in but it got pulled off) Last year the person who did all (but the grate cover) got it done in about an hour. We assist from ground and we have ladders etc so you dont need to bring anything but your no fear of heights (thats what keeps us from doing this ourselves). We would like to get someone this weekend. The house is a one story ranch with a roof peak over front door.
