I need help on Monday to install sod. It will most likely be raining on Monday, so you'll want to dress appropriately. The old sod is out, and ground has been tilled and raked (most of the really hard work is done. I need help bringing the sod rolls from the pallets to place them on the lawn. Sod rolls weigh about 50lbs each; you need to be able to easily pick up and carry 50lb rolls (about 200 of them) and the work should take half of the day. I will do most of the "bedding", and if you have experience laying sod you can help with that too. The lawn area is about 2000 square feet, so that means moving 200 rolls in total. With a hard-working helper, I can put down 1,000 feet of sod in an hour and forty five minutes. As soon as we finish bedding 2,000 feet, I'll pay you $25 per hour for your time and effort, plus I'll pay you an extra $50.00 bonus for finishing early, and you can be on your way. You must be hard working, kind, helpful, and no smoking or vaping while working. The picture of the sod in the post is the old sod, the new sod is being delivered on Monday morning. I found the pocket knife in the picture while tilling. We probably wont find any more "burried treasures", but of we do, you can have half. lol Cheers. :)
