Aloha, I am in search of a handyman to help with overload of jobs. I need 1 person I can train to grow with the company to learn how to problem solve and efficiently repair rental properties. Steady work, steady pay with increases, flexible schedule. I also need a Licensed bonded/insured Subcontractor that is able to bid out jobs and is able to complete tasks independently PAY is based on bid. Also, 1.) Problem solve 2.) Take preventative measures to avoid larger problems. 3.) Integrity 4.)Efficient 5.) Dependable 6.) Knowledgable 7.) Knows when to ask for help. There is plenty of work, and we would like to build a team to rely on, and to learn from. Where we are all making money with a flexible schedule you are in charge of, while teaching and learning. We will post jobs, and after training and you are vetted, you decide which job(s) you want to take. Trainee starts at $15 p/h and 1 day per week 6-9 hours.
