Montavilla neighborhood being targeted by crooks. They've recently released news on Fox 12 Oregon saying that the car alarms on the fobs to our cars are not alarm systems for the car. They just set off an alarm when the door handle is tampered with. Cars along 79th, 80th, and 81st damaged badly. Ted Wheeler, Kate Brown, and media are to blame.
