We have an empty bedroom with closet space. It needs two sturdy shelves installed near the top of the closet space. Underneath, it needs a rod (sometimes called a "clothes hanger rod" or "hanger rod" or "valet rod"). And some type of door. We are flexible about what type. In order of preference: barn door, accordion, sliding panel, curtain, folding door. I can go with you to nearby Lowe's or Home Depot to purchase supplies. Note: This job is only for people who live locally. Job is only for professionals who have significant experience installing shelves and closet doors.
