Last minute week of wedding coordinator. Current coordinator has an emergency and needs a fill in. Date: 12/19 The Gathering Grace Chapel,Mira Mesa Blvd.. Wedding of 80 guests. 12:30 pm setup and 5:00 ceremony start. Ends at 10:00. Very little breakdown. Caterer has own staff. Keeping timeline going and vendor management is main responsibility. I do not know the caliber of vendors. I think the DJ is a recent wedding DJ so he may need attention and guidance throughout event as not to miss key happenings and announcements. Ceremony outdoors and reception indoors. Venue sets up ceremony and reception tables and chairs. Vendors will be contacted and inserted into timeline. Timeline is in the works now with the DJ and bride/groom/coordinator. You will do a venue walk through with current coordinator, wedding party and DJ to finalize timeline, organize ceremony processional and recessional, work in tandem with DJ segwaying from event to event making a solid master timeline.
