I’m a pro-level drummer with 30+ years of experience. I’ve been in Los Angeles for a year and moved from Austin, TX where I played in numerous bands. I’ve played hundreds of live shows, toured, and have extensive studio/session experience. I’m looking to either join or form and instrumental surf-rock and/or exotica band. The sky is the limit with what we can do in terms of traditional surf, punk-surf, horror-surf, themes, etc. The surf/exotica bands I love are: Man or Astroman?, The Ventures, The Astronauts, The Mermen, Laika and the Cosmonauts, The Bambi Molesters, Les Agamemnonz, Messer Chups, Secret Chiefs 3, The Tikiyaki Orchestra, Surfmen, Esquivel, Martin Denny, Les Baxter, Henry Mancini, John Barry and many more. I’m also into film scores and middle eastern music. As a drummer, I’d describe my playing as creative, dynamic, and articulate. I’m a gear snob and am extremely serious about my sound!
