Looking for an Entry Level Part Time Assistant with an Entrepreneurial, Mature, Forward Thinking Heart. Huge room for growth. Must have your own vehicle. $15 per hour to start. Non Profit Filmmaking Org in Rodeo, CA. Part Time to start in mid January and starts at 1 day a week, apprx 4 hours a day. Then quickly going to 2 days a week, appx 4 hours a day if things work well and growth from there. Must be Vaxd, and eventually boosted too. Must be a self starter, self sufficient, reliable, goal oriented, organized individual Must have a good back, and can lift up to 120lbs. Must be able to work alone well and be motivated to grow. Must be very patient and at the same time, ready to get things done regardless of the task at hand that day. Must be willing to travel around the Bay Area (reimbursed for mileage and gas from studio in Rodeo if asked to travel) Must not be allergic to marijuana or have a problem with it being in the area Must be able to leave your phone alone during work time and stay focused on task at hand. ----- Duties will be 100% across the board and will just depend on the day and your skills that you bring to the table. Main duties will include: Helping with event prep, setup, marketing, donation collections, sponsor management, set building, organization, new concept building, research, inventory, hosting, front door staff, managing etsy and other sites Other possible duties may include: Conference attending, booth management, meetup/networking for contacts, production assistant, wardrobe assistance, managing interns and more. Pretty much right hand person for the founder/director of this non profit organization in the film industry. Duties are not limited to any one thing. If you like to have a job that keeps you on your toes with variety, this is for you. The more we grow with your help, the bigger your role could become, and more pay to follow, so I need someone with an entrepreneurial mind and forward thinker that can be self reliant. If you need to be told every minute what to do next when you have lists of things you can do, it won't work out. Huge possibility to manage interns on your own and hand off duties eventually. Bonus if you have skills in the following: Editing Cinematography Sewing Mechanics Woodworking Web/App Building Coding As mentioned, we are a non profit organization however this will not stunt growth if you contribute to it.
