Let's create a lavender business together! You bring the farming skills and labor, I'll bring the land, the capital required and business know-how to make it successful and profitable. I'm a seasoned entrepreneur and investor, and I'm looking for someone to partner with to create a Lavender farm from scratch for the next several years and share in the rewards together. I've got upwards of 15 acres of land near Lyons, plenty of water and capital resources as a starting point. Lavender can yield between $10,000 and $100,000 per acre per year. I'm willing to pay an initial salary (negotiable and dependent on how much upside you'd like long term) for this GM role before the Lavender is yielding max profits, plus share in the upside profits long term (Lavender is a 15 year crop). Lavender farming experience not required, but definitely would help. Some farming experience and aptitude to learn a must!
